I need to learn a lot more about low carb food, because I am going to try this new diet, and part of the diet, or well, the main part of the diet, is that you are supposed to drastically lower the amount of carbs that you eat on a daily basis. I am not sure how well I will adjust to this diet, and it might take me awhile to get used to it, because I really love carbs, and I eat them all of the time.
However, I think that it will be possible for me to get used to it. I just need to have some proper dedication to the new diet, and learn to try to reduce my cravings for carbs. Maybe I will have to clean out my cupboards and get rid of all of the carbs and other things that might remind me of how much I like to eat carbs. I do not know if I will do that though, because I do not really like the idea of throwing away food. I guess I would not have to throw them away though, I could give them to a friend, or maybe better yet, I could donate the food to a charity.
That might be helpful, but I am not really sure if I will do that or not. The diet does allow you to eat more carbs one day a week, but I am not sure if that will be good for me, or bad. I think that it might be the case that having one day a week where I eat more carbs, will make it harder for me to control my carbs the rest of the week. But I guess I will have to wait and see how it works out.
