Hey Alba
Awesome website! Who is the designer they must be very talented! I have a couple of suggestions, but we can talk about them in person or on the phone. They are fairly minor, but might make a couple of things easier to understand.
Congratulations

Hi, nice comments on blog but none refers to your original question, 'though I may say they are all true because your food is totally AMAZING. Here's my favorite way to eat my AlbaLisa flour tortillas:
Just right off the hot pan, spread some butter over tortilla, make a taco and eat it standing up just before it cools down. Take a sip of your favorite cup of coffee. Repeat from start as many times as you like (I'm guilty to do it more than 10 times in a row). Mmmmm... heaven on earth!!!!

I tried making the tortilla quiche but the tortillas tore as I put the in the muffin tray. The egg of course then leaked through the torn tortillas. Is there a trick to get them in muffin tin ?

Hi Alba:

I will never buy another frozen tortilla again!! Your flour and corn tortillas are amazing. I made chicken enchiladas with the corn and then carnitas with the flour - unfortunately everything was gone and there were no leftovers. I did have a bit of chicken and carnitas left and went back to Pusateri's the next day to buy another pack of corn and flour and just made tacos for dinner that night.

Hi, just suggesting...try sour cream, a bit of salt...then cook flour tortillas, take a piece of tortilla, just dip it in it...Yumm!!!
Now, dream that your grandma is right there baking them....

Hi Alba, we had the pleasure of tasting your corn tortillas again at the Cottage this past weekend and they were by far the best tortillas we've ever had. I almost didn't want to share any of them, right Terry? We made them again when we got home according to the directions on the package and they were browned and bubbly and a little bit crunchy...unbelievably delicious!!!. We filled them with some spicy chilli and grated cheddar cheese and a dab of sour cream and ate them like mini tacos......totally amazing!!! They're going to be a staple at the cottage (and home) from now on...the love is very obvious in your creations Alba...thank you and keep on cooking!

LOVE the tortillas...we can't get enough of them and have bought almost all the supply at the Whitby Price Chopper....will you be continuing to carry them there?

We like them 2 ways...one is corn toritillas cooked in the cast iron pan then topped with old cheddar and salsa, folded over and eaten.

My kids love the flour torillas for breakfast, cooked in a dry cast iron pan, when ready brush a little butter on them and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar....yummy yummm! You can also cut them into strips, cook them, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and use them to dip into unsweetened applesauce! Great after school snack!
